Shipping Terms
Normally, our quotation will be on EXW or FOB base, but if we arrange the delivery for you, the shipping term will be DDP, door to door service for your orders, however, we can arrange based on CRF, CIF, etc as well.

Transportation Claim
Before transportation, we will have contract with logistics company, followings are the solution for each possible problem during transportation
| Reasons for compensation | Solution |

| If the goods are lost during transportation | The logistics company will make full compensation for the lost goods within 5-7 working days after the customer provide relative pictures and videos for confirmation. |
| If the goods are damaged during transportation | The logistics company will make full compensation for the damaged goods within 5-7 working days after the customer provide relative pictures and videos for confirmation. |
